I just think the place was too big for the people to manage, and therefore it was a bit of a letdown. Breakfast looks spectacular in the setup, but it is the same dishes in different serving pots, so not much to enjoy, and we skipped it a couple of days. however you pay for the location and the view.

Room is a little dated, and minor things like paintwork and carpet, don't have the attention to detail you would expect from a 5 star. I would have expected a upgrade, or some kind of compensation, however to upgrade the room to a Kaba view, I had to pay extra. He did offer a couple of different room options, but they didn't have the same view we already had. Advised by manager that there isn't such a room as a quad bed and that he was very sorry I was misled.
